All House Signs will be received within 7-14 days [*Unique Hand-painted Artistic Home Signs take 3-4 weeks]. We will deliver all goods via Malaysia Post/Courier .
How do I clean my house sign?
Stainless Steel, Signageture Stone, Slate finished Polystone and Acrylic house signs can be cleaned using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. As Wooden signs are natural product and therefore will naturally fade over time, we recommend a small drop of linseed oil on a soft cloth for best results.
How are the house signs mounted?
The house signs come pre-drilled and supplied with necessary fixings dependable on your chosen product plus fitting instructions.
I can’t find the plaque I want?
We can produce most signs to any size, shape or colour. Please contact us for a free no obligation quotation.
What if i do not like my product when it arrives?
Each sign is a bespoke made item, for any supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
What is you returns procedure?
If your order is damaged in anyway once you receive it i.e. broken or cracked more information, please straight away with email/mms photo and DO NOT attempt to fit the house sign, we will replace the damaged goods in one to one exchange.
